Val Town is a website to write and deploy code. You can create APIs, scheduled functions, email yourself, and persist data.

Our mission is end-user programming. We believe everyone should be able to code.

We’re building a social hub where people can write and run code without friction or setup: open a tab, write JavaScript, and click run. You can learn more about us at val.town/about.

What you’ll do

This is a content-focused DevRel role. The main pillars of your job are:

  1. Inspiring with creativity: getting people in the door by showing them the million things they can make with Val Town for themselves, for work, for their community, for art, for fun.
  2. Supporting with docs (tutorials, guides, examples) and blogs and newsletters such that people can succeed with Val Town.
